Abstract
The article specifies that the strategic potential is a set of strategic opportunities and resources placed in the company's free access, accumulated to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise in a dynamic external environment for the implementation of the mission of the enterprise. Effective implementation of the strategic potential of the enterprise is possible only in the conditions of formation of an effective set of resource strategies and effective use of available resources. Resource strategies are part of the strategic set of the enterprise, the type of providing strategies aimed at distributing, replenishing and using the resources available to enterprises to achieve the goals and mission of the enterprise. The development and implementation of a strategy, regardless of its type, primarily requires a clear distinction of the factors that influence it, as well as assessing their direction (positive or negative) and the impact force. The order of development and implementation of resource strategies should be as follows: setting the strategy development goal; development of a set of strategies (strategic set of the enterprise); calculation of resource requirements; Determination of sources available for the enterprise to meet resource requirements; Developing strategies for each type of resource; forecasting the efficiency of resource use and the overall effectiveness of resource strategies; analysis of the received forecasts; development of corrective measures to improve the effectiveness of enterprise resource strategies in the strategic management system. Evaluation of the effectiveness of resource strategies is the result of analyzing the qualitative and quantitative strategic characteristics of resources and the process of managing it, which allows us to determine how they achieve their goals, how changes and improvements in the management process affect the effectiveness and full use of strategic capacity. To make rational decisions to develop and implement resource strategies to achieve the strategic objectives of an enterprise, it is first and foremost necessary to have comprehensive objective information about their actual state. Quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of enterprise resource strategies takes place within the evaluation of individual elements of the strategic potential and in most cases is carried out using the following indicators: productivity; efficiency, profitability of enterprise resources. Evaluation of the effectiveness of resource strategies should occur in conjunction with the definition of the effectiveness of local potentials of the enterprise, allocated according to the resource principle. Ensuring a continuous increase in the effectiveness of resource strategies is inherently complex problem, which concerns all aspects of the business entity's activities, therefore it is necessary to develop alternative management solutions aimed at achieving the set goals - improving the efficiency of resource use and developing resource strategies.
