Abstract

A versatile comparative characteristic of individual food of military personnel from different countries was conducted. The requirements for modern field ration are formulated. The directions of the quality improving of the human nutrition in field and extreme conditions of life activities are determined. Special attention is paid to issue of the individual rations of bread and its substitutes. The questions of changing the recipes of traditional products in order to increase their nutritional and biological value are considered.
