Abstract

Mathematical models for the formation of a polarization layer on the membrane surface are proposed. A detailed description of the models for determining the physical properties of the membrane during the membrane treatment of a biological fluid is presented. A mathematical description is provided and the structural properties of a semi-permeable membrane are determined with the formation of a polarization layer on its surface. Differential porosity distribution function (DPDF) of capillaries depending on their size analytically and experimentally was analyzed. It has been established that the pore sizes of the PAN-100 membrane have a different character. In the process of filtration, under established conditions, there is a decrease in the number of large microcapillaries, the radii of which are more than 10 nm, and an increase in the number of capillaries with radii less than 10 nm. The results are aimed at further research to determine the structural-mechanical and physicochemical properties of semi-permeable membranes and the nature of the formation of the polarization layer of their surface.
