Abstract
Consideration has been given to the possibility of creation of new semi-finished products „МІX”, made of hydrocoles with the usage of pumpkin, which has extra biological value. In order to provide new semifinished products with original organoleptic properties, the optimal concentration of the pumpkin content was determined. The organoleptic indicators of quality of new kinds of semi-finished products were researched.
