Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to reveal the essence of international technical assistance for small businesses. To achieve the goal, the tasks related to the discovery of the theoretical essence of the concept of "international financial assistance" and the applied aspects of its implementation in Ukraine were addressed. In preparing the article, the dialectical method and the abstract - logical methods of scientific knowledge were used. Essence and components of international technical help is considered, as an important condition of improvement of enterprise environment in Ukraine. Found out its influence on the example of realization of project of ES « An improvement of environment is for development of small and middle enterprise in Ukraine»
