Abstract

The article considers the economic mechanism of an enterprise in terms of its functions and influencing factors. The characteristics of the proposed functions, including the development and implementation of the enterprise strategy, are given; formation and development of controlling; use of existing economic laws; comprehensive development of man; stimulation of scientific and technical progress; resolution of socio-economic contradictions; implementation of property relations and rational use of resources. The classification of factors is carried out by the direction of their action: external and internal. External factors that do not depend on the operation of the enterprise include: the state of the legislative base in the country and its changes; political situation in the country; methods of state influence on the activities of business entities; development of scientific and technical progress; state of the market situation. Internal factors that depend on the operation of the enterprise include: evel of management; level of development of productive forces and production relations; contradictions between productive forces and production relations; social and ecological state of the enterprise; product competitiveness. It is proposed to classify the influencing factors on the economic mechanism of the enterprise behind such signs: behind the level of influence; the time of action; beyond the level of coverage; the nature of the involvement of resources; for the nature of the action. The proposed classification of the functions of the economic mechanism of the enterprise and the factors that affect it make it possible to understand more deeply the role and significance of the economic mechanism in the current conditions of management. This will contribute to the formation of an effective economic mechanism at the enterprise level.
