Abstract
In the article the scheme of systematization of the research process of development of innovative tourism potential with the help of international ratings is offered. This systematization consists in the phased implementation of the analysis on the basis of international ratings and indices: (global competitiveness rating, global rating system education, index of development of information and communication technologies, index of R & D expenditures, global index of innovations, index of competitiveness of tourism and travel). An analysis of the country's status under the criterion of "innovative tourism potential" can be studied using various international ratings using the proposed scheme.
