Abstract

At present it is complicated for enterprises to employ workers in Ukraine because of mass immigration of Ukrainians. Under such conditions it is vital to apply all available incentives to keep people within Ukrainian job market. Both financial and nonfinancial incentive methods are used. Financial incentives are dealt with wages, while nonfinancial are socio­psy- chological management methods being a base of socio­psychological mechanism of an enterprise. Scientists do not have a common opinion on the essence and methods of socio­psychological impact on staff. The reason for that is the uniqueness of every enterprise, which requires individual managerial approaches. The paper considers socio­psychological mechanisms of Krivoy Rog mining and processing plants which are somehow described in collective labour agreements of stock compa- nies and trade unions, and code of conduct adopted by Metinvest company owing the plants under the investigation. These documents contain the methods of influencing health and safety, environmental protection, interaction with youth and veter- ans.
