Abstract
The problems of the organization of labor remuneration at the enterprises of Ukraine in the modern conditions of its economic development and the provision of concrete proposals for their solution are analyzed. The differences between tariff and non-tariff wage systems are shown, as well as the possibility of their combination into other systems. According to the results of the study, "a comprehensive system of remuneration" is proposed, which is based on the use of a combination of different elements of tariff and non-tariff wage systems. Provided basic accounting and payment regulations that must be provided in the order of accounting policy
