Abstract
The purpose of the article is to reveal the content and constituent rewards of employees, which management of the enterprise can use in the process of motivation to increase their professional activity. In accordance with the approaches to remunerating employees, rewards are a mechanism for the integrated use of tangible and intangible incentives to achieve the goals of the enterprise. The achievement of the results set for the system of stimulation of employees is possible only due to the high professionalism of the management personnel whose decisions are based on the information accumulated in the accounting system, taking into account the requirements of the current legislation and a socially responsible attitude to the management of the business activities of the enterprise
