Abstract
In the article defines the role of the priority of the influence of external factors on the process of managing the behavior of the personnel of the hotel and restaurant business enterprises. Degree of intensity interference of the factors is revealed. A model of the hierarchy of the influence of environmental factors is constructed. The rating model of these factors is determined.
