Abstract
The paper deals with the problems and prospects of development of innovative activities of Ukrainian trade enterprises, which is due to the displacement of domestic products from Ukrainian markets by imported manufacturers. In the context of the relative decline in domestic production of industrial and agricultural products, the role of trade has increased. This, as a result, has led to increased competition, and in conditions of economic instability is of particular importance to find ways to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
