Abstract

In the article the methods of determination of tensile of vegetable raw material strength are considered in the conditions of monaxonic compression. The experimental setting, allowing to probe the reological conduct of hard materials and factors of influence, is presented as well as its characteristics. The results of experimental research of potato durability under of conditionsof ladening with permanent speed of deformation are shown. The recommendation in relation to the organization of the production process of rawmaterial processing are presented
