Abstract
Enterprise’s activity results depend on quality of management mechanism created. Taking this into account it is required to improve management mechanism regularly as alterations take place in external environment and within the enterprise. The directions of management mechanism improvement are considered. These directions are connected with innovative development of enterprises. They are as follows: property relations reformation; human capital quality increase; organizational structure improvement; consideration of the Fourth industrial revolution directions; strategy choice; creation and use of innovative potential of the enterprise; improvement of internal management mechanism
