Abstract

The innovative significance of the article is grounded on the need to develop new mechanisms for businesses structures management which are based on their economic security ensurance in order to help increase the efficiency of the economic process. The objective of the article is studying into the concept of “economic security strategy of a business structure” and drawing up a list of measures to ensure the economic security of businesses. Certain empirical and dialectical methods that allow to achieve this goal in a full way have been applied in the research. The article lines out the main characteristics of the category of “economic security strategy of a business structure”. The importance of the category is stated in terms of the strategic procedure. The basic types of measures to ensure the economic security of businesses are analysed as well as their universal list has been composed in the article
