Abstract
The necessity of improving the internal economic mechanism of mining enterprises is substantiated with a view to increasing their competitiveness in the iron ore market. The definition of an internal economic mechanism is proposed taking into account the spheres of production and circulation. The influence of organizational and technical changes on the internal economic mechanism of mining enterprises is considered.
