Abstract

The credit risk management features of the food industry during choosing a growth strategy of economic potential is investigated. In the article the theoretical principles and methodological foundations of the financial analysis of the economic risks in the food industry that will provide the decrease of the risks in enterprises and increase their performance are defined.
