Abstract
The article presents a mathematical model for creating energy-efficient refrigeration units, based on the theoretical studies carried out, a method for selecting technological equipment is developed and calculations of energy-efficient modes of operation of equipment for the production of chilled and frozen food products are presented, a methodology for the formation of diagnostic models for complex processes, phenomena, aggregates, based on the structuring of disorders according to com¬mon symptoms. The scientific novelty of the expected results lies in the development of an intelligent control system for an energy-efficient refrigeration plant using automation elements. It has been de¬termined that the integral indicator of the energy efficiency of the chambers is the consumption of cold per unit of time per ton of products, and the initial basis for the energy and economic analysis of the operation of refrigerators in real production conditions is the heat balances that can be obtained by cal¬culation, experimental and experimental-analytical methods. It was revealed that the main stage of the energy-economic analysis is the development of mathematical and multifactorial correlation models of the energy characteristics of refrigeration chambers, which determine the dependence of the specific costs of cold (or electricity) for the refrigeration treatment of products on the main dynamic param-eters of their operation. The analysis and selection of the optimal equipment according to the criterion of energy efficiency in the production of frozen food was carried out. Blast freezers are defined as the energy-optimal equipment for freezing foodstuffs. The main tasks of operational control of compressor refrigeration units, the principles of building a control system based on the diagnostics of equipment operation modes are considered, and a strategy for controlling compressor units is selected taking into account the nonlinear parameters of the processes of refrigeration supply of refrigeration chambers.
