Abstract

In article features of realization kraudfanding projects in Ukraine are considered. The main reasons for the deviation of the pace of Ukrainian kraudfanding from world trends, in particular, distrust of investors, lack of necessary infrastructure, insufficient amount of information about the authors of projects, and the like. The structure of investing kraudfanding projects in Ukraine is considered, the concentration of investors on social projects is reasonably justified. The stages of the realization of crowdfanding (preparatory, exploratory and final) are presented, and the features of each stage realization are established. The general trends in the development of crowdfunding in Ukraine are determined, the most successful projects and existing platforms, both Ukrainian and international, are considered. It is determined that fraud is the main risk of crowdfunding, because under the guise of a charitable initiative or an interesting project, a fundraising can be organized that will eventually not reach the declared addressee and settle in the hands of intruders.
