Abstract
In the conditions of the present, in the course of transformation of economy and influence of globalization on all fields of activity, there are developments of the market relations, search of innovative approaches of formation of the marketing relations. Purpose: to consider modern approaches to definition of a services sector and to define a role of marketing of communications in a services sector. To open the content of concept of service and the main distinctive signs of the sphere of production of goods from a services sector. Methods: logical and comparative analysis. Results: the content of the concepts "service" and "marketing of communications" is analysed. The analysis of tendencies of development of marketing of communications of a services sector is carried out. Conclusions: for implementation of marketing activity it is necessary to be guided by needs of the consumer and to pay attention to information, its integrity, clearness and goodness.
