Abstract

The results of the study have proved the ways of improving the national and international financial resources management in achieving the objectives of sustainable development in Ukraine. It has been determined that the ways of improving the management of national financial resources for sustainable development include measures that are to improve the efficiency of mobilizing of domestic financial resources (containment of illicit financial flows by fighting against corruption and shadow economic activities); improve the efficiency of public spending (improving the efficiency of public expenditure management aimed at support and development of basic sectors of sustainable development). It has been determined that improving the management of international financial resources in achieving the objectives of sustainable development in Ukraine requires the following: improving the efficiency of the mobilization of international financial resources by raising the actual payments from international financial institutions; improving the efficiency of international financial resources by improving the efficiency of institutional cooperation, human resource management, coordination of international assistance; improving the efficiency of monitoring the use of international financial resources by improving the efficiency of an e-database on foreign assistance received by Ukraine, improvement of national statistical management. The practical significance of the results is the ability to use them during making effective and timely management decisions in the area of financing of sustainable development of Ukraine.
