Abstract

The article considers ways to improve the internal economic mechanism of the enterprise that includes internal economic, administrative, regulatory, and socio-psychological mechanisms. These mechanisms’ improvement should be aimed at the implementation of the enterprise strategy. The internal economic mechanism is a leading mechanism; however, in modern economic conditions, it is also necessary to take into account a growing role of other components. Key directions for improving the internal economic mechanism of the enterprise are: reformation of production means property relations; participation of the personnel in the profit; accounting of each subdivision’s contribution to final results of activities; increasing the level of corporate culture; improvement of social security of working personnel; reducing the level of negative influence on the environment.
