Abstract
The necessity of indicators formation describing management mechanism of an enterprise is substantiated during the research. The system of indicators for management mechanism including absolute and relative indicators is proposed. These indicators refer to the economic, administrative, legal and sociopsycological mechanisms of an enterprise.
