Abstract

The article deals with the question of determining the status of tourist enterprises depending on the assessment of innovation potential. Determining the status of tourism enterprises depending on the assessment of innovation potential is based on the fact that the innovative potential of tourism enterprises is a complex category that characterizes the ability and willingness to introduce an innovative tourism product through the use of available and hidden resources. Determination of the status of the tourist enterprise is based on split analysis, which involves splitting into separate components (allocation of factions and elements of innovation potential, formation of an assessment scale of innovation potential, identification of the degree of consistency of expert opinions, assessment of the resource fraction of innovation potential, estimation of the fraction of readiness of innovation potential, evaluation of the faction possibilities of innovative potential) and on pool analysis, which is an association of components in the general population (rank rating t aesthetic enterprises by individual factions of innovative potential, definition of the integral indicator of the rank of innovation potential, determination and characterization of the status of the tourist enterprise depending on the assessment of the innovation potential, the formation of proposals for the orientation of the innovative development of the tourist enterprise). On the basis of the developed scale of the innovative potential of the tourist enterprise it is proposed to determine the status of tourist enterprises ("innovative locomotive", "innovation driver", "innovative forerunner") depending on the assessment of innovation potential, it is possible to propose the following directions of development (innovation orientation) of these enterprises: Kaizen, benchmarking, reengineering, respectively.
