Abstract
Innovation activities in the company should consist of the main stages: marketing, R & D, development and production, commercialization and marketing. The stages are concretized through the separate stages of the innovation process (research of the innovation climate, assessment of innovative risks, the formation of the innovation strategy, the search for and generation of innovative ideas, the development of an innovative project, the reengineering of business processes, the marketing industry, the production logistics, the industrial diffusion of innovation, marketing support, marketing and servicing, reduction of commercial risks).
