Abstract
Digitization is trying to take our daily reality to another level. It is determined that digitization in the conditions of intellectualization of the enterprise activity forms a plateau of competitive advantages of the enterprise: high level of competitiveness, simplification of work with the mass of information, cost savings, customer loyalty, positive attitude to the image of the enterprise. It was pointed out that the key features of the development of digitization became the catalyst for the formation of mechanisms of intellectualization of activity. Also, during the research it was noticed that during the development of digitization in the conditions of intellectualization of the activity of enterprises accelerates the process of computerization. The article gives an example of the top five businesses that actively use the digitization process to conduct their business. As a result of the theoretical analysis, the main interrelated groups of causes are determined, which determine the impact of digitization on the intellectualization of enterprises, which include the following: first, the increase of the resource value of digitization, the transformation of which can be done solely on the basis of human intellectual abilities; secondly, the need to create modern creative-creative IT-managers, competent in the business processes of the enterprise in the process of digitization; third, the need to develop professionalism, inventive (from Latin invenire - find) thinking, creativity, ability to train staff; fourth, the need to organize targeted investment in personnel as a subject of digitalisation. The findings of the study are that the basis for improving the intellectualization of the enterprise is established effective and fast intra-optimal communication between employees of the enterprise, between customers and employees of the enterprise through digitization. The goal is to achieve the main goal of the enterprise - its development and creation of comfortable conditions for the consumer.
