Abstract

The effective managerial mechanism of an enterprise allows achieving strategic goals and high level of profitability. The main component of the managerial mechanism is the economic mechanism, which is aimed at the production and sale of competitive products. The economic mechanism of an enterprise should be considered as a mechanism consisting of internal and external mechanisms. The external mechanism is aimed at studying the market and selling products, while the internal one at manufacturing products. When assessing the economic mechanisms of Krivoy Rog mining and processing plants, it was found that the highest profitability of operating activities at PJSC Northern Mining and Processing Plant, which indicates the 50 Wschodnioeuropejskie Czasopismo Naukowe (East European Scientific Journal) #7(47), 2019 effectiveness of its economic mechanism. To increase profitability of operating activities, it is necessary to reduce operating costs.
