Резюме

The economic mechanism of an enterprise is a combination of forms, methods and means of influencing the productive forces to achieve set goals considering the economic laws and implementation of property relations. Mining and processing plants of Krivoy Rog are joint-stock companies with corporate management, which is the main element of the economic mechanism. It is corporate management where industrial relations related to the ownership of production means and operational results are established. Organizational and economic relations are manifested in the functions of corporate management — planning, organization, motivation, and control. The main indicators of corporate management effectiveness are the indicators of return on capital, the amount of equity capital and the size of the authorized capital, the size of dividends, capital dynamics, and net profit. Based on the analysis of these indicators, it was established that the Northern Mining and Processing Combine PJSC worked more stably for the study period. Property relations at the studied plants are characterized by monopoly - the bulk of the shares are owned by individual companies, which reduces the effectiveness of making managerial decisions. Abroad, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, many business entities transfer part of the shares to their employees. This trend should be taken into consideration and put into practice in Ukrainian joint stock companies.
