Abstract
In the article the scientific task concerning theoretical and methodological background to the issue of human capital assets’ mobility theory of an enterprise and determination of its further development directions is worked out. The urgency of the research comes from the existence of theoretical gaps and the lack of complex analysis technique of human capital assets’ mobility theory at the enterprise. Within the conditions of increased competition and globalization of business activity this complicates the achievement of economic objectives of business units as well as human development goals. Narrowing of the analysis only to the research of external mobility decreases the management potential and makes the enterprise absolutely dependent on external environment changes. Therefore, the lack of analytical figures narrows the potential of further management decision. Based on terminological analysis the definition of the basic category is updated. It reflects the new features of mobility, above all others –purposefulness, complexity, openness, level of activity, flexibility. The author’s point of view concerning the directions of human capital mobility’s influence on the enterprise development is given. The classification of factors that have an impact on human capital assets’ mobility at the enterprise is improved. The analysis technique of human capital assets’ mobility at the enterprise is worked out. It is based on the improved system of analytical key figures and the relationship between mobility and enterprise’s strategy. It is suggested to develop mobility by working out and implementing the management decision package focused on strengthening the human capital assets of the enterprise, implementation of a capability formed by positive trends and excluding threats referring to this capital’s characteristics changes. The scientific novelty of the research is the improvement of the conceptual framework of mobility and methodological approaches to its analysis in the context of accomplishment of strategic goals of the enterprise. The practical importance of the received results lies in a focus of the presented methodological techniques on the complex and extended estimation of the human capital mobility at the enterprise.
