Abstract
Krivyi Rih mining enterprises labor safety status has been researched and evaluated, inrelation to reaching their maximum possible level during 2015–2017, trends in the integral indicatorof labor force security have been identified. The key factors of success of each extractive enterprise inachieving its safety of labor resources are established, the mechanism of personnel policy formationbased on the state of safety of the labor resources of the extractive enterprise has been developed. Thecontent of each type of personnel policy is revealed. The type of personnel policy that is inherent ineach of the investigated enterprises is established.
