Abstract

The article as a result of the conducted research reveals the need to improve the methods of evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of the economic potential of processing enterprises of agriculture of Ukraine in modern conditions. The list and characteristics of the factors of influence on the efficiency of the potential of processing enterprises of agriculture by taking into account the ambiguity and hierarchical nature of the potential of agricultural enterprises, as well as their systematization taking into account the structuring potential of agricultural enterprises and its elements, which leads to the development of the economic potential of agricultural enterprises and the balance of its elements. An optimization approach to the economic evaluation of the efficiency of use of the potential of agricultural enterprises, which is used as an alternative to the resource-factor approach, and which is characterized by the use as indicators that Express the estimated property of the potential of the enterprise, the generally accepted integrated economic indicators of its activities, calculated on the basis of the marginal approach; the use of optimization statements and optimization methods as the main tool to identify the generalized properties of the potential of agricultural enterprises and evaluate the effectiveness of its use. Is the prospect of developing organizational mechanisms and tools that allows you to form a holistic approach to assessing the effectiveness of the management potential of agroindustrial processing enterprises in modern conditions and evaluation, selection and implementation of the strategy of development of the potential of agricultural enterprises, which will make it possible to improve the management system of economic potential of agricultural enterprises. The problems of economic potential efficiency of agricultural pro-cessing enterprises were generalized, specific methods and practical recommendations to solve them were proposed
