Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine main reasons of origination of crisis phenomena in the banking system of Ukraine; the provision of private areas for reform of the banking system, considering foreign experience; the consideration of ways of overcoming of problematic banks; the definition of proposals for improving the overcoming of problems of Ukrainian banks. The article considers the Paradigm of modern crisis phenomena in the banking system. External causes of crisis phenomena and internal ones are isolated, based on the foreign experience of overcoming the crisis of the banking system. The author analyzed the trends of overcoming of problematic banks and main methods of definition of the crisis phenomena, the revision of the criteria of the classical methods for obtaining economically reasonable result
