Abstract

To investigate the investment projects development state at Ukraine agricultural enterprises. To identify the main problems that make an affect on the investments volume, as well as to find ways to solve them. It is important to identify the main problems that make an effect on the investments volume, as well as to find ways to solve them. Investments are the main source in economy development conditions. As for such unstable financial system in domestic economy foreign experience in investing is of great actuality. Some features of it should be implemented in Ukraine. That is why it is revealed that there is a positive dynamics in the Ukrainian economy capital investments changes, in particular in agriculture, as well as in related industries. The investment projects impact on Ukrainian agriculture in 2016–2017 has a positive dynamics, the share of cultivation and processing has increased, and most of the objects of the agro industrial complex have been constructed or reconstructed. It has been found that investment projects are mainly directed on increasing the number of vegetable and fruit storage, grain and seeds storage and processing objects. It is proposed to apply a number of measures to overcome certain negative phenomena in agriculture of Ukraine and for further investment projects implementation. Among them are the following: the state should carry out more targeted budget, tax and monetary policy, carry out the land reform and stabilize its legislative base — the main factors of activation of attraction of foreign investments, make economically substantiate and define priorities in the development of agro-industrial complex. It is necessary to attract investments in the agricultural sector at the expense of all possible sources — own funds, involved funds, funds of state and local budgets. Also it should be introduced a system of commercial banks preferential refinancing for granting them privileged loans for the innovation and investment projects implementation in the agribusiness field. The urgent problem is to create mutual investment funds for realization of large investment projects in agriculture and to expand the forms of lending investment projects through leasing, factoring and other operations etc
