Abstract

Shulzhenko I.V. Problem of unity and differentiation of the legal adjusting of labour of women – workers of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine. The article is devoted determination of legal collisions, which arise up at application of norms, providing unity and differentiation of the legal adjusting of labour of women – workers of OІА of Ukraine, analysis of efficiency of such norms and suggestions on their improvement. An author is do a conclusion tom, that in the process of differentiation of the legal adjusting of labour of women – workers of OІА of Ukraine there are legal collisions between the norms of common labour legislation, which provide actual equality of women and men in the legal relationships of labours, and norms of the special legislation, about passing services in OІА, which take into account the specific of professional activity in the organs of internal affairs and foresee certain limitations for women – candidates on service in OІА of Ukraine.
