Abstract
The problem aspects of accounting for scholarship calculations were disclosed by this article. The features of organization of accounting of scholarship and document flow processing of accounting information in structural subdivisions of the university were outlined. The negative features of the scholarship system of paying in Ukraine were distinguished. The expediency of using aggravate coefficients for distributing additional points of scientific activity was substantiated. The importance of forming and effective functioning of domestic grant and scholarship programs was determined.
