Abstract
The article is devoted to the practice of formation of a profitable part of the local budgets. The analysis of dynamics and structure of incomes of the local budgets is carried out. The particular attention is paid to the directions of the formation of the local budget incomes, the amounts of receipts to the local budgets with intergovernmental budget transfers and without them is investigated. The necessity of improving the methods of controlling the receipt of budget funds is presented.
