Abstract

The author notes that the problem of legal regulation of working time of women - ATS employees is the presence, as in the general labor legislation, and in special legislation on service in the ATS, certain conflicts and disadvantages, which lead to poor quality of legal regulation of professional activity of women, insufficient their social protection, violation of gender legislation, and in the end, and to the dissatisfaction of women themselves - employees of the ATS with their social status. This dissatisfaction often affects the quality of performance of official duties, and in the end and the state of crime in the state
