Abstract

The article is devoted to the comprehensive study and scientific analysis of the impact of international standards of gender equality in labor legal relations on domestic labor law as a means of accelerating the European integration of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of normative acts of the United Nations, the International Labor Organization and the European Union, it was concluded that the international standards of gender equality in labor relations affect the labor law of our state by ratifying the relevant conventions of international and regional organizations by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Thus, domestic legislation in the field of gender equality in labor relations, seeks to be an analogue of international labor law, while taking into account the policy of Ukraine aimed at European integration, and an analogue of the legislation of the European Union
