Abstract
The author substantiates the provision of benefits and benefits to women in the field of employment and employment, as well as suggestions on further improving the legal regulation of women's labor in Ukraine in order to further increase their social and labor guarantees. The author notes that the relevance of this problem is due to the fact that women make up more than half of the total labor force in the Ukrainian economy.
