Abstract
The new agenda for sustainable development till 2030 defined by the General Assembly in 2015, makes it necessary to intensify international public and private financing for sustainable development in developing countries and the poorest countries of the world, that is a vital complement to national efforts in this area. The purpose of the article is to study the international financial resources mobilization and allocation mechanism for sustainable development in developing countries. To study the international financial resources mobilization and allocation mechanism for sustainable development in developing countries, and to draw conclusions in the study, the following general scientific and specific learning methods have been used: methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstract-logical method. The results of the research showed modern features of international financial resources mobilization and allocation for sustainable development in developing countries. The main components of the international financial resources mobilization and allocation mechanism for sustainable development in developing countries have been determined. The forms of assistance to developing countries, the financial instruments, bilateral and multilateral channels of bringing funds to recipient countries, the sector to which international financial resources are allocated to achieve the goals of sustainable development in developing countries have been examined. The scientific novelty of the results is to determine patterns and trends in the international financial resources mobilization, their accumulation by the bilateral and multilateral donors, rational distribution organization to promote sustainable development in developing countries. The practical significance of the results is the possibility of using them to develop strategic measures for the international financial resources mobilization and allocation for sustainable development of the world community. Further researches are aimed at studying the global financial system for sustainable development.
