Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of legal conflicts that arise when applying the norms that provide legal guarantees and apply legal restrictions in the field of legal regulation of working time of women - employees of the National Police of Ukraine. According to the results of the research, the author concludes that the peculiarities of the legal regulation of working time of women - employees of the National Police are based on specific criteria for the differentiation of legal regulation
