Abstract
In the study, the authors analyze the failure to provide information on the request as one of the types of unlawful acts of the subjects of administrative liability. The authors pay attention not only to the clarification of the legal nature, types and peculiarities of information requests, but also the composition of the unlawful act - the failure to provide information on request. The study addresses the issue of determining the object, the objective side, the subject and the subjective side of a specific administrative offense in the field of access of citizens to information.
