Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the effectiveness of legal guarantees provided to women in the field of employment. The author substantiates the effectiveness of the benefits and benefits provided to able-bodied women in the field of employment, as well as suggests to improve the legal regulation of women's employment procedures in order to increase their social and legal protection and ensure actual gender equality in a market economy. The researcher proposes to create, at the legislative level, compromise conditions whereby women's work would be economically beneficial both for women and for employers
