Abstract
The international experience of development of small and medium business, and also feature and a problem of its institutionalization in the conditions of Ukraine is investigated; organizational aspects of formation of infrastructure of support of domestic small business are defined in the article. The need of rational delimitation of zones of responsibility between central bodies and local government concerning influence on small business is proved: the analysis of standards the of the domestic legislation in carried out and problems of development of interaction between large and small business are revealed; market niches which small and medium business could occupy are allocated/
