Due to the increasing the role of the staff in the hotel and restaurant business, the fundamental changes in the content of labor, became paramount function to ensure continuity of service in the hospitality industry, which need to be improved in the area of personnel management. Aims and Objectives: Disclosure of content and theoretical study ways of conceptual development in the hotel and restaurant business.
