Managing change requires the use of a flexible management system that will allow you to respond quickly to influential factors and make timely adjustments to change. The article states that the policy of flexicurity of change management is a system of measures for managing circumstances in the enterprise, aimed at redistribution of enterprise resources in accordance with changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The principles of implementing the policy of flexicurity change management at the enterprise are considered, namely: leadership leadership in ensuring the flexibility of the response to changes leadership leadership in ensuring the flexibility of the response to change; process approach in flexible enterprise development; involvement of personnel in the development of a management change system; systemic approach to flexible development management; a constant desire to develop a change management system and to find ways to optimize the organizational mechanism of the enterprise; making effective decisions, based only on verified facts; optimization of the influence of the environment on the parameters of activity. Within the framework of a flexible system for managing changes in enterprises, the author proposes to implement the following measures: to ensure the effectiveness of information flows to manage change; to identify specific responsible persons for the occurrence of uncontrolled changes at all strategic levels of implementation of changes; The budget change management and planning is proposed in the context of setting the upper and lower limits of the cost of implementing, implementing and adjusting the changes
