Abstract
The article deals with the results of the implementation of the state budget of Ukraine for 2016-2017 years. The term accounting policy of the Treasury of Ukraine is defined. The main requirements for an effective accounting policy are highlighted. The main tasks of the system of accounting of the State Treasury for implementation of budgets are outlined.
