Abstract
The article determines the place of human capital of an enterprise in its world hierarchy. The basic functions of human capital at economic levels are described. The structural-logical algorithm of detailed research of "Human capital of Enterprise" category is formed. The role of the person in the economic system with the emphasis of the employee as a carrier of human capital and the human as a subject of economic relations is specified. Theoretical model of the enterprise as a reflection of human role as a subject of economic relations has been developed
