Abstract
The article deals with the critical analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of human capital elements. The content of the concept of "human capital of an enterprise" has been improved. The structure of human capital of an enterprise as a multilevel system, which includes elements of the given capital and means of their formation and development, is substantiated. The integrity of the developed architectonics of human capital of the enterprise and its relevance to the general principles of scientific research are determined
