Abstract

Objective. Study of the features and effectiveness of legal guarantees that are provided by the state for business entities, as well as the provision of proposals to address the problem of legal support for business entities in Ukraine. Methods. The solution of the tasks was accomplished by using such methods as analysis and generalization of scientific and popular science literature and regulatory legal acts that regulate the procedure for state support of business entities in Ukraine by providing certain legal guarantees. Results. The state creates support at the legislative level, which only secures the guarantees of the rights of entrepreneurs. Therefore, entrepreneurship in the period of economic fluctuations all over the world is undoubtedly a trend that needs to be introduced, developed and improved.
